Clean absolutely charming hotel, nice rooms. A huge variety of options, appetising food. Location - amazing, close to markets, and the Lourdes Train station. Nearby Aux Armes de Belgique - great place to chill out.

stayed for 1 night, the hotel was charming and fairly clean, it had marvellous and stunning location very near to the sanctuary. location: the property was just off gift shops, restaurants and markets, and the old town.

I enjoyed the lovely homemade dinners that felt just like home, and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was a nice touch to find games and books available for relaxation. Just a heads up, a kettle in the room would have been nice for that morning cup of coffee ☕

We enjoyed our stay with the kids! The hotel is a short walk to the Basilica. The staff was cute, and we loved the delicious homemade meals served for dinner. A true family-friendly atmosphere!

My wife says that a kids' play area would be great.

Rooms werevery comfy and tidy. While the male staff at reception were really good, some female staff members displayed a level of rudeness that was disappointing. Dining was a highlight with delicious homemade meals, including wonderful smoothies, that hit like home cooked meals. The overall ambiance was cute, though a more consistent level of service would enhance the experience.
